Now, islands located in the Northern Hemisphere will be getting four species of sharks that will definitely make fishing a lucrative hobby for June. Now for those players who are interested in taking advantage of shark season, here are all the sharks and other fish that are available in the Northern Hemisphere for the month of June.

How to Spot and Catch a Shark
Luckily for players who only want to catch Sharks, Animal Crossing: New Horizons makes it easy for players to identify them from other sea creatures. Unlike fish, the silhouette of a shark that players will see bobbing around in the ocean will include a fin popping out. Unfortunately, there is no way to distinguish one type of shark from the other, so players would just have to catch one and find out.
After spotting the shark, catching them is pretty easy and is no different than catching a regular fish. Players must simply walk up to the silhouette of the shark or fish, and aim to drop their hook exactly where the sea creature is facing. Afterward, players must wait for the creature to spot the hook, and the fish or shark will then nose it, and players must wait until it pulls the float underwater with a satisfying plop sound. From there, players must immediately press A to reel it in.
Given that the cheapest shark available in the game costs 8,000 Bells, catching sharks is way profitable than simply looking for a regular fish. Of course, those living in the Southern Hemisphere can always hit up their friends in the North via online multiplayer, to visit their islands and catch sharks for themselves in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
